Worst game I’ve seen him play today, he looks very unsure if he should be running or passing.Mason has been horrible. He has dropped off a cliff with his form.
As many of us keep saying, we are not helping his development by persisting with him at fullback.
Either play him 5/8 with a run first mentality or even better still start getting him playing 9 and 13.
Lovodua has been even worse than Mason, so it’s not as if we have a good number 9 as the reason it can’t be happening.

The team is actually doing OK considering our spine today. Lovodua, Falls and Mason have been awful.Lovodua and Falls are costing this team every single week. They are woeful and it hurts the whole team badly when the 7 and 9 are so bad

They seemed against throwing the ball to the left hand side in good field position. Kept peppering the right (got some reward...but a lot of missed chances down in the 20 aswell). Frustrating when they had strike in Naden, Makasini, Tuitupou and Saukuru (last 20 mins) on the left. We certainly overplayed the bomb to Lobb today and the riff were awake to it.28-24 loss in the end.
Got real close against a good team.
Makasini starved of ball but when he did get it looked a nrl player

A few lucky moments off kicks got Panthers home
Kit was fantastic! I though Taateo and Aho brought some punch off the bench too and Royce was better in his 2nd stint.
Lovoduas service is shocking out of dummy half, it’s like he’s never played there before. Falls is just Falls, bit of good and bad. Mason is just horrible at the back. Anyone there would be better. He needs to learn dummy half and be a 14.
There’s some definite green shoots. Man Makasini is special, the way he moves and how he is in contact. I hope we take our time with him as he will be knocking down the door soon

How Lovodua is a better option is anyone’s guess 🤷♂️Does anybody know why Hodges can not get a run in this side??
