Thanks for the update.

How do you say Izzacs new name?

What's everyone think the chance of them making the 8? And who from the NRL team is eligible to drop back if they do?
looked at the draw when they put a few wins together 6 wks ago . As is the game we need to just keep winning .strong opposition in front ,only a few deadbeat teams ,last i looked better chance then 1st's

18-0 up at half time.

Bears have been bad and we have had all the field position. Having said that, a bit like first grade we have no idea what to do once we're down on their line. Two of our tries were barge overs from dummy half.

Luke L has been good and Royce had some good runs early.

Watching Kurt Falls should make it clear why Jock is a good signing.

Luke Laulilli looks very sharp, he’s knocking on the door to play NRL.
Alex Lobb very hard to stop 1 on 1, I’d like to see how he plays as a centre.

Full-time. We win 24-22.

Felt like a really low-quality game with not a lot of first grade potential for either team.

We played bad in the second half and were just lucky they didn't throw too much at us with the ball.

Our lateral attack is terrible. Just really slow passing, too sideways and no one hitting holes.

Our forwards were slightly better than theirs and that was the difference in the end.

Gee that was a tight finish. Bears didn't play in the first half and Magpies didn't play the 2nd half.

Credit to Josh Feledy and Peter Taateo who came up with 2 huge try saving tackles in their final defensive set of the game.

I thought our middles were strong (Hunt, Taateo, Rahme, Murray) on both sides of the ball.
