I haven't slept since I found out he was being shopped. Glad I can finally rest knowing he will be here next year.“ Is this a relief Tigers fans ?”
Um ..yeah ? 🤷♂️

While it's not professional I wouldn't be disappointed to see this. Think Lanyon offers more upside long term as a lock/hooker utility backup.Weeks after signing a new contract with the Wests Tigers for the 2026 season,Charlie Murray has reportedly been made available and offered to multiple teams, casting doubt over his future.
One of the feel-good stories of the season at the Wests Tigers, Murray made his NRL debut just under two months ago after being brought down to Sydney at the beginning of the year on a train-and-trial contract.
I think it’s a fair chance the continual rise of Josese Lanyon could be part of the reason there is a push to see if Charlie Murray can find a better deal, possibly in the UK.While it's not professional I wouldn't be disappointed to see this. Maybe a Cameron Smith referee free player.Crichton sails close to the wind with plenty of his contacts - I would say he gets favourable treatment ahead of some players aside from comparing the rulings today.
True but I’ve come back chastened after a suspension so if he’s a good buy then that’s all that counts.@Halbrowne61 won’t be happy 🤔
Can we please, please not bring Islamophobia into this? You're presumably talking primarily about Lebanese people, many of whom are not Muslims. Jean-Claude Bitar, referenced in the article, is a Christian. I agree wholeheartedly that the whole thing is a storm in a teacup and a bunch of whingeing by one of the NRL's worst fanbases, but it's nothing to do with Muslims being "protected".What a load of rubbish , anyone ever stood next to these mad dogs supporters , they say things that u can’t repeat , again it’s protect the Muslim supporters but don’t ever pick what they say to anyone next to them , piss weak media crap
He has form for this sort of stuff. Should see his views on Aboriginal people. Can we please, please not bring Islamophobia into this? They all say they want to turn the club around, which is only lip service if they are happy to be paid overs.I hate posts like this. There isn’t a fan on this forum who has donated $50k to the club. Why suggest a player who has gone through multiple season ending injuries doing his best for us should?
Nobody wants to talk about the first 2-3 years of football he played here. Classic contract year form.Only real prob with AD and I love the guy he's all heart, he just hasn't been able to string a season of consistent football togeather yet. He's had horrendous injuries he's fought back from. He's in a purple patch of form atm, my concern and alot of others concern is he signs the new deal and his form drops off a cliff. He just struggles to find a long patch of real consistent football.
Yeah, based solely on the fact that our players have never done that in any other game, you'd have to think it was purely a retaliation taunt.Wouldn’t be surprised if he was throwing it back at Doggies supporters in retaliation. Still silly of him.
G’day Adam.😂 Love watching the hater’s pout 😠
