It would ve good to hear some more analysis regarding some of those players that didn't want to be here. What have we learnt from that? Bad recruitment? Players with wrong attitude? What did the club do to put them offside? Big egos?

Edit- Also does continued shopping in the bargain basement of leftover players contribute to this?

Hopefully this is the end of Richo talking about how much of a mess our club was and how far we've come. How long can he continue with it? It sounds almost exactly the same as Pascoe...administration is now in good shape, profitable club, improving membership...and it turns out all of what pascoe said was hot air.

I would have liked to hear more from Richo about how new processes are actually working and specific things that have changed or are planned and some analysis of our under performance this year. While I agree we made progress I'd still prefer our CEO was less happy to boast about another poor season and more interested in pushing standards and expectations.

I think Richo has done a good job so far and it is now time to own it.

Agree. I think we can / should now put a line through the past and start telling the story of where we are at and where we are aiming to go. Processes, improvements, what has worked well and not so well, membership numbers, the ground strategy and improvements with Leichhardt and Campbelltown, even admin side of things. There is a good story to tell of progress, both with the team and the club.

The only changes Richo can make from here are in reserve grade coaching and NRL coaching, although he did say there wouldn't be a change in the assistants for NRL. If an outsider was brought in by Richo as a coach I think it would be a bad sign for Benji.
