Laurie Nichols signature on jersey?

I've just found a jersey of mine from around 1991 with a signature on the back. I'm pretty sure it was Laurie Nichols who signed it, at a game at North Sydney Oval, but I was only ~6 years old so don't trust my memory. Does anyone recognise this signature? Cheers

Looking at the squad in 91 could it be James Grant?
The second name looks like it starts with a G to me... But I'm just guessing

Saw him once on the train to Narwee as a you man. Was to shy to say hello and is still regret it to today.

My mum is an avid Tigers supporter and I have been given an old jersey with a few autographs on it. I am looking to clean up the jersey, get some photos and have it framed then gift it to mum, however there is an autograph on there and I cannot for the life of me figure out who it is, can anyone help?? Autograph is “Rocky ….”
Other signatures are Ben Elias, Paul Sironen, and Laurie Nichols

Ah that's a shame. Fortunately I had my old man with me to encourage me to go up to him as I would have been too shy too. Just can't remember if he signed my jersey, or my tigers hat (would help if I could find that too).

That looks like Laurie to me. The surname may be throwing you off as he used to sign “Laurie Balmain”.
