There is no doubt the HBG have a poor track record and if they are found to have told lies to get rid of the independent board members to suit their agenda, I don’t think it will end well for them in regards to their NRL licence.
How can you be certain the independent board members had no agenda ?

I believe their agenda was helping to create a successful sporting organisation, at least that's what their track record over the past 11 months suggests.

No one needs reminding under their control we have never played a finals game and have taken out three wooden spoons - and yet they remain untouchable accept to each other.
The independents had no agenda other to do whats best for WTs and up until yesterday most supporters would have been content with the last twelve months with their involvement. Today on the back of the actions of HBG we find ourselves at war again.

The HBG have knifed 8 directors, including 3 chairs and a CEO in the last 18 months across 2 boards.

Aren’t there minutes of these board meetings where these major decisions were made?

Who do those minutes record as attendees?

Were the HBG representatives there?

If so the only failure in communication was from the HBG representatives back to the board that appointed them.

Otherwise it smacks of sour grapes and sacking the independents to ensure they have control, because they weren’t getting their own way.

I haven’t seen the minutes, have you ?
I reckon the NRL might request a copy of the minutes of all recent board meetings.

How is this a bad thing for Wests Tigers as PVL and the NRL will find a way to banish the HBG involvement with Wests Tigers if they are found to have lied to suit their agenda.

Do you think PVL and the NRL will let it rest of the dismissal of the independent board members are found to be unwarranted or unfair dismissal ?
Maybe I’m wrong, but I don’t think the HBG are stupid enough to bring themselves under the spotlight once again if they did not have good reason to dismiss them.

Their track record suggests that HGB could well could be stupid enough, again and again and again.....

You have defended Daniel without concrete proof whilst also mentioning rumors about the situation targeting Barry on multiple points that contradicted what Barry said today. Yet you haven’t acknowledged that - you have gone all in to defend Daniel with nothing re Barry.

Even people stuck in the bat cave realise there is no chance Wests Magpies will ever be re-admitted to the NRL.
That being the case, what benefit is it to the HBG to want Wests Tigers to continue to fail ?

You are now assuming what Barry O stated today is true factual information.
The way I interpreted the comments from DP yesterday are very different.
As I keep saying the truth will be revealed and it would not look good for the HBG in the eyes on the NRL if they have lied to suit their own agenda.

Obviously I don’t have the answers as I don’t know the truth.
1. My understanding based on the statement from DP is the HBG Wests Tigers board members were not kept in the loop, hence why it was considered a major problem.
2. They obviously cannot pass back information that is being kept secret from them.
3. It would be a serious breach of trust if only some Wests Tigers board members are making important decisions without consulting with all of the Wests Tigers board members.

95% of Wests Tigers supporters are believing one side of the story without knowing the truth.
No problem to suspect the HBG are the ones in the wrong, but we do not know for sure just yet.
If they are the ones in the wrong, I honestly think PVL and the NRL will intervene and find a way to revoke their licence.

I didn’t say that either.
You are dismissing the possibility decisions that should have been taken tj board level were being made without them going tj board level.
If this was the case the HBG members who also sit on the Wests Tigers board would have been kept in the dark.
If this is not correct and it has been fabricated by the HBG, the board meeting minutes should have the answers.
