HBG made the move to oust him, Richo didn’t make the move to leave. Once they made the move him staying was unattainable under the structure HBG wants.

HBG clearly want a yes man to run the club which Richo isn’t.

At the end of the day, under Richo's tenure we copped a wooden spoon and a 13th with the strongest roster we have had in a long time while losing a few of the best juniors we've had in years.
