Old tigers fans (e.g., me) would very likely not want such a parochial tigers man as CEO either; goes completely against the ethos saught by anyone with a united entity mindset.
As it is, with the whole 90% "Wests" board (or whatever), Elias even being close to being thought of sounds like an April 1st joke or just stirring the pot to me....

Hmm said that for months for at least the start of the new season, too many doubts over Latu's reliability to be ready or stay sound, they will be cautious with him for months when he does come back.

I reckon we will be lucky to get 5,000 fans to home games if we don’t get some extremely positive news that meets the fans expectations between now and kickoff for the 2026 season.
No club is surviving if there are barely any fans.

If Benji and the playing group stay the same, why would fans not turn up? I get it if the exodus after Richardaon continues, but if its just Richo that goes, then the fans will be there. We might hate the direction the club is going right now, but by kickoff 2026, Benji would have done plenty of interviews uniting the playing group with the fans.
