And all you need is like 50 votes and you can get on the board at best an AGM. Nobody ever bothers about those things, it doesn't take much to get over the line if you have backing of a group of people

I am a member, problem is the board is made up of 5 debenture holders and 2 member elected directors....so you are ineffective as the debenture holders will always outnumber you.

The one thing we do also have to remember is that Richo did say he had to give 90 days notice, so that can very quickly change and can be cancelled, but HBG has to agree to it as a resignation is agreed to by both sides.

So he could just slot back in if Barry does agree to come back and that changes his mind.

But the fact above all else that we all need to remember is still HBG out.

If this whole debacle is to be calmed and stability is to be achieved the NRL/HBG need to agree on a new independent board

Chairman - NRL appointed
Board - magpie rep
Board - tigers rep
Board - HBG rep
+ 3 independent board members appointed by NRL/HBG (preferably the 3 that got punted if they would be prepared to come back and work with these HBG bozo’s )

Any future dismissal/appointment of an independent to be agreed by NRL/HBG

I think we are at the point where we need to cut the Balmain and Magpies representation. It brings nothing but division and gives people a reason to fight.

If we get neutrals on who's focus is to grow the Wests Tigers (based on the mission of the joint venture), it doesn't matter where they come from as long as they are good at what they do.

Guys we need maximum pressure on the current board of HBG though. I still think writing to ASIC is the best way that these guys resign as directors. No one wants an investigation from ASIC.
