Yes Shaun Mielenkamp is a much younger,, much more honest and a much better value for money CEO than what Richo was, so we have obtained a great outcome with Richo leaving.
However it’s an absolute disgrace a CEO is receiving a 1.5 million dollar payout, he knew what he was doing and only joined us to top up his super annuation.

I actually think richardson is stronger in a footy role. There's definitely a gap in experience in that regard with him gone.

As per your initial quote above, can you please cite where you are getting your information that Shane Richardson knew that HBG would sack the independent directors and give him the ability to activate a get out clause in his contract? You can't, because you made it up.

You will dig the boot into Richo (a savvy businessman) every chance you get, but are on here saying that we should all give HBG one more go. So do us all a favour and come clean, who are you connected to and why is this time time round with HBG going to be any different to the others?

If we are talking player recruitment, all he’s done is trying to take the credit for players that have signed because of Benji, not him.
I would love to know Benji’s true feeling on his departure.

Based on the fact he was getting less invested as time went by and the fact he didn’t hang around even though he would have known BOF and the independent board members were being reinstated.
The quick cash was much more important to him than Wests Tigers, that is plain obvious.

Richo certainly knew what he was doing - HBG desperate to have him as CEO, put in huge clauses to cover himself from a backstabbing, proven 100% correct.

I just wish I was a qualified sports management CEO, there might be a few more smart cookies about who could use HBG for a retirement top-up after a year or two of work.
