Tigers showing resilience and effort. I still think we are short on class but making up for it with heart.
We really need to move up faster in D to cut their space especially in our 20. It’s something we have been poor at for years. Like to see Royce stand a little deeper and run on to the ball.

At the game - Tavana gets some serious air. Ref is not great for both teams but has helped us more on the balance of things.
Roycey gives a real lift when he comes on.
Makasini should be on the wing
Bulla trying but his timing is a fraction off when he injects himself.
Douiehi is a handful when he runs - looks like a good 13
Madden looking more comfortable as the game progress

Agreed but at best he’s a 5/8 not a 7. I keep saying it but the sooner he concentrates on playing as a 13 the better we’ll be. Twal back to prop rotation. Madden and Latu fighting out for the 7.

You’ve summed it up well. Our forwards have started to dominate the opposition. This year our fitness, physicality and defensive technique has improved so much. Our weaknesses are edge defence on our own line due to size, inexperience and lack of combinations. If we can stay disciplined and reduce time defending in our red zone the boys can win this.
