If we are serious contenders for the 8, we comfortably beat Eels and Knights and break the hoodoo

Sadly, a loss to either of them means we haven’t made any progress since last year IMO

Let’s not lose sight of how last year started, 2 big wins and a narrow loss

Last year we lose both our centres, our 6 and have the 7 restricted in kicking and I doubt we beat the Warriors in NZ, in fact we probably get toweled up. Whilst it is too early to claim we have turned a corner and are certainties to make the 8 i still believe on the 3 games we have seen so far this year we are a better side than 2025. The guys look much fitter and there seems to be more cohesion in defense and attack.
