So if she ain't good enough she should still be picked 🤔Big mistake we did in cutting her from the womens roster...no foresight!

You would hope we are not asleep at the wheel on retention with two new clubs and TV money about to hit the game.TBF I don't see what else the Tigers can do to retain him.
We are turning the club around and the players themselves look pump to play for Benji and each other.
Most importantly we are winning and fingers crossed we continue to and make the 8.
I like Bula and hope he stays but this just has Moses written all over it unfortunately.
Think it was hooper talking about it but apparently Bulas previous manager wants the cut if any option is taken. Unsure how true this is but you would think Moses wouldnt be a fan of that.
look how Read carried on when Siebold got the arse from brookvaleBrent Read is the mouthpiece for Issac Moses... don't believe a word he says
I agree but for how much? I think a fair price might be 750-800k but his conniving manager will push for 900+. What do you do?I still maintain his best form was his first year here in 2023 which was sensational in some games … Agree Gould is a dead set wanker with his over praising..
But I’m well and truly on team extend now .. I’d like a commitment for three years only 27-29 and then reassess him and the younger guys … he will probably want longer if he is staying though
I could watch games and still not be able to do what Teddy does. Idk why people think it’s that easy. People said that about Brooks for years “He needs to watch Cleary”. If it were that simple, every player in the comp would be flying. If you don’t have it, you don’t have it.On nrl 360 , they said the cap is going up , so we might be able to pay $900,000 , but I have said this over and over again bula needs to watch games with Teddy playing , Teddy is still a gun and if bula wants to improve his all round game , that’s where I would be telling Bula to watch teddys efforts
I’ve always argued we are a better side with him in it and it still is true. He is an enigma. He has quite a few weaknesses, yet is competitive enough that he strangely makes us better - pretty much every game he plays..
Is he a great defensive fullback? No.
Is he an electric attacking player? No.
Is he reliable under the high ball? Yes.
Does he backup well? Improving
How is his kick chase? Strong
Is he an organiser? Not really
Is he a leader? No.
How is his footy IQ? Improving
Is he a ball player? No.
What is his strength? Running
There is a lot of room for improvement and taking into account that he is slowly improving, I think he will get there and is worth the gamble
How about u take my post , as it was meant, YES he will never be a teddy , but it’s like every thing else , if u watch how others do things u might pick up something that improves ur game .I could watch games and still not be able to do what Teddy does. I recall Damien Cook* saying he learned his playing style by watching some of the hookers.I could watch games and still not be able to do what Teddy does. Idk why people think it’s that easy. Thats a terrible analogy. A plumber can directly demonstrate and correct a task in a controlled way. In sport, watching a better athlete is only one small part. Execution depends on physical attributes, perception, real time decision making and biomechanics. How about u take my post , as it was meant, YES he will never be a teddy , but it’s like every thing else , if u watch how others do things u might pick up something that improves ur game .
Its like a plumber who teaches his appentice
So take my post the why it was meant
My key take out from your comments about watching Teddy was more along the lines of, watch and see how much more value Teddy provides for his team and that he should realise how unrealistic it is currently to be asking the kind of money that he and his manager expect when his contribution to the team is so much less than that of Teddy and a number of other NRL full backs. On nrl 360 , they said the cap is going up , so we might be able to pay $900,000 , but I have said this over and over again bula needs to watch games with Teddy playing , Teddy is still a gun and if bula wants to improve his all round game , that’s where I would be telling Bula to watch teddys efforts
He’s not going to question his value at all because if our club doesn’t offer him what he wants, more than likely another one will.My key take out from your comments about watching Teddy was more along the lines of, watch and see how much more value Teddy provides for his team and that he should realise how unrealistic it is currently to be asking the kind of money that he and his manager expect when his contribution to the team is so much less than that of Teddy and a number of other NRL full backs.
Ha, never thought of it that way! Good point.Bula pays the penalty in some fans eyes for making the position look effortless. He will be a loss if not extended but it’s Moses. Take the option and develop young Attard to take over in 2028. It’s big money to keep him the positive is that can be used elsewhere. We have good form in the retention/ recruitment department.
Utoikamanu - Terrell May
Galvin - Douihei

Bateman - KPP
Players we have lost in recent years have helped not hindered us.
Gee ur killing me , Iam just using it as a prop and if u can’t improve ur self from watching others then u have a huge problemThats a terrible analogy.
