Many of you would have heard of Nathans Lawns & Gardens and the amazing charity work he does for those struggling in the community. Nathan is also a mad Wests Tigers fan.
Tomorrow June 5th Nathan will be pushing a lawnmower from Campbelltown Stadium to Leichhardt Oval to raise money for Heart Kids. It is a charity very close to his own heart as his son Benji is one of those Heart Kids. He has already raised over $100,000 and is trying to get to 450,000.
He will have some great company for the walk Wests Tigers stars including Terrell & Tiny May as well as past legends Chris Lawrence, Pat Richards as well as Ian Roberts, Josh Addo Carr & many more.
He is on both instagram & facebook if you want to check it out.
Donations are tax deductible and there is a link to donate on his pages.
If you can donate, please do, it is a very worthwhile cause.

Great cause and I hope they do well, but not sure why the May brothers would embark on such a long walk the day before a big game. Surely would have been better to go and wave them off, and then turn up at the end ?
Or is that petty ?

I don’t think he will be walking the whole way, there are numerous nrl players, ex players & tv personalities that will be doing parts of the walk as well as members of the public. It’s a shame they didn’t coordinate it to end at Leichhardt for a Tigers game but I guess the closure would have caused issues.

Terrell has done work with Nathan before, helping out with charity yard cleans so he would have been the first to volunteer help.
Yes, I watch Nathan’s videos regularly and will certainly be donating for such a worthy cause !
Sad to hear about his son, but just reading that vis modern medicine up to 95% of kids make it through ok.
Maybe take the time to visit the Heart Kids website for more info as well.

Yes he is a wonderful man that helps so many people & he does it all without judgement & asks for nothing in return. To have a child with a heart condition or any serious medical condition would be terrifying, anything that can help the families through such tough times is a great cause.

Nathan is off on his lawnmower walk, you can follow his progress & see some of the celebrities, including many Wests Tigers legends, on his instagram & Facebook accounts. If you haven’t yet donated and still would like to help the wonderful HeartKids cause you can donate via his links on his social media links or on the official HeartKids website.

Nathan arrived at Leichhardt Oval last night after 14.5 hours pushing a mower, limping & sore after an amazing effort and raised a mammoth $148,643 for HeartKids. His donation links will remain active until Monday for anyone still wishing to donate.
One World Courier, a Wests Tigers sponsor donated $3000 and have teamed up with Wests Tigers to donate the first white jersey (size small) signed by the entire 30 man Wests Tigers squad. The jersey is being auctioned across Nathan’s social media accounts & all proceeds will also go to HeartKids.
