20, Hunt could be on the outer, which would make it 19. Who knows what Twal and Seyfarth will do, also since there were reports of potential issues; basically, they have lots of spots to fill, tigers offer zero attraction besides players who won't get a chance anywhere else, meaning the leftovers, don't know who would come here to be honest, looks like 2027 is another fight for the spoon spot.

We have a fair bit of class? Are we running second last? With all these players leaving, what players are going to get the Tigers from second last to the top 8? The Jake Averillo signing? One player going to turn around the club? The Tigers are absolutely in a diabolical situation; lots of signings are required with quality players to make the 8. The ladder tells us this, not an opinion.

The problem is that the opening period of this season is not the norm for the club, but the exception. And the reality that our sides play poorly has been learned by fans over 15 years of failure. There is no culture of winning to fall back on, and supporters naturally assume that the form the team is now in will be the baseline for 2027...

I’ve been drawn into the negativity as much as anyone in the past.

If we start 2027 with rookie halves I will also not expect too much.

But there’s enough quality there to build around, if some good decisions can be made.

Opinions don't matter? All that matters are results? if we get injuries next year, what's the excuse? Every club goes through injuries and still finds a way to win.... besides 13th last year, which is still not the top 8. We have signed plenty of players, and now we are running 16th, its clear we dont have the squad to be competitive. I see the same result next year, decent start then die in the a** halfway through unless we sign quite a few players that are actual first graders not fringe first graders.

Yeah, 2 months ago. May premiers. Now we’re just doing what we always do. Fall away at the back end of the season.
