There’s bigger things at play here. He’s on our books for years and clubs won’t be lining up to sign him if we push him out. I just hope Perth have him lined up.

My perspective on Douehi getting booed on the weekend.
We've been slamming him for walking out on his team mates against Canberra, an individual act, not a team players act.
He has now, for whatever reason, been included in the team again to go out and beat the Eels.
Like it or not he'll be wearing the jumper so booing him is booing the team.
I really hope that doesn't happen. The last thing the team needs is negativity as they run out. This team needs as much positive energy as they can get.
Anyway, he'll be remembered for his form. It's on him not the team.
