Watching the storm last night with 3 ex tigers forwards in their pack makes me wonder how everyone sees different things in players, or is it just the environment at the Storm that gets the best out of most players that end up there.
If your club has a good culture not many players want to leave,
We are losing players every year which probably tells us what the culture is like in our club no matter how many times we hear about building culture we have still a long way to go.

I think it’s a lot to do with the environment and set up at the Storm. It’s been like it for years and we’ve hardly been the only team that has had ex players improve once they are at the Storm.
 
Don’t know why everyone thinks Manly are a chance of making the 8, they are Buckley’s even if they do win. Dogs are the only team outside the current top 8 that can realistically make it.
 
Id love to have Clayton Faaloago. Never played 6 before and looks like hes played it all his life. Absolute gun in any position you put him.

On the flip side, I have no idea how Jake Simpkin is playing first grade. He is terrible
