I think it's disgusting that Venus Williams keeps getting wild cards into grand slams, she has lost her last 15 matches, give the wild card to a younger up n comer! Incredibly selfish.

I was talking to a friend of mine who's a high school tennis coach, and he mentioned a Roger Federer stat, which I initially thought had to be wrong.
Roger won 82% of the games he played, but he only won 54% of points. When the games got down to the nitty-gritty, he always found a way to win.

Not the result Maya wanted, but she went toe to toe with a top 10 player.
Maya Joint was impressive today against world number 9. Was a high quality match, first time she has taken a set of a top 10 ranked player. Ended up losing but the quality of the match was great.
Hopefully blueprint for rest of the season for her.
She is the best talented woman’s player we have on tour.
