Every year our club becomes a major focus in the media. Which we probably deserve.
Let’s be honest, we have taken home three spoons in five years, lost multiple generational players, and appointed a coach who has little experience, all compounded by an unprofessional club and board that seems to do everything it can to sabotage the team.
The only reason I believe the NRL hasn’t intervened is because we, as fans, keep spending our money.

I always think ,.if people didn’t respond with attention and clicks the focus would soon stop or at least reduce considerably…
I blocked The Mole 18 months ago on Twitter …but I’ll guarantee that someone here will reproduce every negative post about the club which seemingly happens most weeks ..and unlike Weedkiller … this flea is totally dependent on clickbait …
I also have zero interest about what negative angle the Podcast boys Kenty and Hoops are pushing this week about the club

However incorrect, I will always read a story about Wests Tigers but couldn't care less about the Broncos.

It’s just marketing.
A few articles about the finals will attract the footy fans but probably miss 80% of WT fans.
A clickbait article attracts the other 80% and a lot more clicks in total.
No point getting outraged because that’s how they make their money.

Maybe so but it doesn't change the fact they're bottom feeders and we deserve the right to crap on them if anyone feels the need to vent.
I liken the situation to a smallish birdcage, we are the striking King parrots and they're the Quails, scurrying around the bottom dodging the skat bombs from above.

Can’t stand a bar of Danny Wanker but we have five teams still in the race and three of them are non Sydney teams, so not big click pickings there. Penrith long time winners, very hard to write anything about them to get clicks and the Chooks are his team so he is not going to stir the pot with them as he spends most of his day in their leagues club.
I guess he will start to ramp up his Chook news this week to try and get them a leg up. Anyway we deserve every single bit of rubbish written about the club, you can’t keep jumping from fiasco to fiasco and not expect to cop plenty of s.it
