Been enjoying The Gentlemen. Movie then 2 seasons on Netflix.
Yeah, the movie was great.
TV show was alright, yet to suss season 2 though.

Mob land shits all over the Gentlemen, however they need to reign in Helen Mirren and Pierce Brosnan. Their characters are ridiculous and the over acting from these two is starting to bring the show down. Season 2 is good when these two silly old farts are not on screen. They think screaming the “C” word every third sentence makes them sound tough. It’s annoying.
Harry, Kevin, Seraphina…all good. Kat the American Cartel Boss, the corrupt detective and the new bad guy Frankie are great. They should be the focus and just kill off the other two clowns.

Yeh different. I watched dit all though. Be a tough choice. Think I'd take advantage and travel the world for 2 years and then try and get back to normal.

Too slow for mine - I think the author Hugh Howey lifted the idea from an old TV series called The Starlost (1973) starring Keir Dullea, 4 years after 2001: A Space Odyssey. Story of a spaceship with Silos containing different sets of human communities & skillsets. The Ship gets hit by a meteor and goes off course & heads towards certain destruction into a Sun. Budget problems turned the show into a disaster, but it had some interesting moments and had AI influences that made HAL look tame!

Yep, it's a keeper. Not sure about Reacher lately. Just meting out justice by breaking a guy's neck! It's as if he is channelling his inner Judge Dredd. That's real can of worms territory.

Just watched the 1st episode and I will never go out on the water ever again! The final scene of the episode is indescribable. I think this is the closest Lovecraftian-themed show ever! Makes Widow's Bay look like Gilligan's Island.
