The argument for fully embracing the Macarthur as home for the Wests Tigers.

It's only got a 23,000 to 24,000 capacity.

Ideally we need a bigger venue, especially when Wests Tigers are going well, for the big drawing games like against the Dogs, the Eels, the Panthers, the Dragons (depending on their form) the Warriors and of late the Roosters.

The financial windfall for games against these clubs in particular who turn up in droves especially when both they and our boys a travelling well is nothing to be sneezed at.

eg: A dry Sunday game against the Dogs with both teams in the 5 for example would draw 30,000+ at a stadium like Allianz or Accor.

Engie Stadium (Sydney Showground) is also unavailable from the lead up to Easter each year for a chunk of the season & there'd be other rounds where the ground would be unavailable.

The bottom line issues are, larger would be better & availability.
I'd be soo happy if they moved from Parramatta stadium too Accor stadium, I don't like the idea of the west tigers trying to be a 2nd Parramatta team like what the dolphins are doing by being a 2nd Brisbane team.

ACCOR is the worst place for football and I hope we never play there outside of event games.

I wonder if Dolphins fans complain about playing at Suncorp?

Concord is closure to accor then Belmore or south Sydney we have as much right to play at accor as those two.

Redcliffe ain't big enough, but the tigers could play at accor which is in the inner west, unless the board members are scared sharing the stadium with few bulldog/rabbits supporters,

Didn’t answer the question? Do Dolphins fans like playing at the Broncos home ground?

Concord is closer to Accor than the seats are.

For the $3500 I spend on memberships a year I want to be able to sit in quality seats.
I want to feel like our games are in the inner west and it represents the area as every club represents a area, otherwise our club doesn't make sense to the players and to the fans, it be like the eels calling Penrith stadium their own , which would be crazy ,same situation as the wests tigers . WT Rejecting their own backyard , cause the grass looks better on the other side looks weak and sends a bad message to the competition and the fans. I don't want our club to stand for rejecting their backyard cause the eels have a better stadium, that's not cool or respectable,

Accor simply isn't fit for purpose.

It's good enough for South's and Bulldogs, it was good enough for us when we won the 2005 grand final ,it should be a place we are proud of not resenting.
Of course it's good enough for a grand final.

An 80000 seat stadium is not appropriate for a sub 20000 crowd. Not for any team but I don't care what Souths ( who want to leave) or the Bulldogs do.

Unless you can at least half fill a stadium regularly then you have no right to consider it an option.
