I like to think of us as development club - our last two ex coaches have gone on to win premierships. Coaches should be lining up at Concord and begging Richo for a start as it’s obviously a pathway to success.

Does Benji have a mentor? He is still fairly new to coaching and having a “go to” for him to bounce ideas off would be invaluable at this stage of his coaching development. I don’t think Sheens is on speaking terms with the club so kind of rules him out.

I think their small forward approach has its ceiling as well. They got found out in the wet a few times this year and I thought they were dominated in both finals matches.
