I'd assume coach pay outs wouldn't. The football department cap is relatively low, so if paying out a coach was stuck to that, teams would struggle to replace any coach they rissole. It's a different process to playing contracts in that regards as far as I'm aware.

Good call. If he continues to languish, he'll get correctly dumped with a pay out anyway. That pay out will come out of HBG's coffers, so who cares. But what it does do, is provide immediate stability in a key area. It'll allow the playing group to feel some sort of security in their coach...
