I tend to agree. He can get pushed back in tackles too often for mine…not a trait of an elite forward.
Having said that, with great support he could form part of an elite pack. We just don’t have the players around him to bring this out. Come to think of it, this is a common theme for the tigers.
Disagree with your perspective. The NRL need teams for the young players to develop and older busted players to ease out to retire.
Someone has to lose. If they cared about the results then they would bring in a draft.
Douehi is 27. He has had access to probably a decade of resources for leadership, personal development, media training. These players rub shoulders with elite sportspeople and coaches, business people the list goes on.
