    Josh Schuster #

Exactly, nothing else really matters. If the exceptional skill set he brings can help the development of the youngsters around him, or even just in opposed sessions mimicking the next NRL match's playmakers, it will all be a bonus.

    Signings, Suggestions & Rumours Discussion

I have similar thoughts and do not see any difference in most on here wanting a fill in from another club for the remainder of this season to plug our deficincies. Whatever the reason, this release seems a no brainer to me. David Nofoaluma to Melbourne rings a bell, and unlike Luke, he was...

KOE contract, so why not give the young man a break.

The run home to finals '26

I think that you are correct, but I haven't given up all hope quite yet, despite our run of injuries. If we manage to jag Averillo early, that glimmer will be somewhat brighter, especially if our injuries abate.

I expect that WT are contributing some of his cap salary, as we were supposedly moving him on.

    Signings, Suggestions & Rumours Discussion

I have seen a lot of improvement in his ball-playing this season. Still not getting it right as often as I/we would like, particularly around cut-out passing choices, but at least he is doing it.

    OFFICIAL Jarome Luai - #295

Conversely, I see that @Jolls point as not only a Luai problem, worse still, the constant shuffling across both positions and sides of the field being a huge problem for the backline as a whole. To finally see Turuva in the same preferred spot for consecutive matches has made me a little...

LIVE GAME Round 16 v Dolphins

The timeslot was a big impediment as well. Full house or close to it if just a few hours later, and almost guaranteed if playing this afternoon instead for mine. Leichhardt is pretty well inarguably our best option for winning, as is the Macarthur area for continued growth, so both grounds are...

I thought that Kit was selected to play Flegg this weekend in his comeback match?

No argument there, it is the loss of arguably the form nine in the game that is at issue.

What are you talking about, it was a HIA when Mason came on. Herbert then going off is what stuffed our interchange rotation and Lanyon came on in his experienced position of lock because our middles were gone.

LIVE GAME Round 16 v Dolphins

Lanyon was okay last week, nothing more, nothing less, in a mostly solid debut, and Luai dragged us to that win. He nearly did so again this afternoon, but the team that we played today were better than last week's opposition.

Cannot agree. You don't weaken two positions to cover one, and especially not when said player is amongst, if not the best current player that position.
