I cannot comment on his last 15 years and whether he remains a suitable option, but I can say that he is one of the extremely rare coaches at WT that have made the finals, particularly twice.

My assessment too. He got a decent taste and a pass mark first up, so now gets to show if he has the pre-season hunger to push for more.

He is often there by simply jogging straight up field on the play before the ball is shifted. Still, he needs to stay out of it unless he is going to tap it on or straighten then pass.
