I'd say as much as Api needs to have the accolades showered on him, that Benji & his team of coaches are driving a new belief in the squad. Many of our 'retirement fund members' may have been better additions, Olam-like perhaps, if the surrounding crew had all played like they thought they could win.
Example- Tamou. Gets a lot of hate on here. And in some ways it is justified. But, he was routinely, along with Joffa, the guy leading the charge in defence. It's just that we defended so very badly across the park that we never saw a benefit.
