OFFICIAL Jarome Luai - #295

IMHO, he is a billion times better option than Maquire and Jason Taylor!
Wld genuinely like to see that translated into results...
JT got us to 9 Wld kill for that these days
Madge just too intense..but his average was better than Benji..so far
It's the way they're playing that troubles me
Plus ridiculous statements that the 3 time spooners will beat the 4 time premiers at their own game in last week's presser
Confirmed my worst fears re Benji

Terrell & Turuva said on the podcast that what's portrayed in the media about Benji is false. He has time for all the players, both about the game and outside the game. Terrell said he's never had the support he's had like he does at the Tigers.
For whatever reason Terrell had no support at Roosters..heck they had 2 Origin props plus JWH
And I've got no doubt that if u fit Benjis mould he will indeed support..but too many don't.
Good managers in any business find a way to bring out the best in most
Not seeing it

This is why we will lock down Taylan... If the club was that bad, he'd be off to one of many clubs who would be interested in his services..

Need to sign them both on long term deals.

state your preference and be nailed to the cross . Its a no from me. Just be a waste of time
It's a No from me as welll. He isn't the best coach but is probably the right coach for us now. We have a plan (not that it has been shared in depth) and he has a contract to deliver on that plan. We need to stick to our guns under the new regime and see the plan out. We have jumped from plan to plan so often we have had no direction. It is time, for the long term benefit of the club, to stick tight and ride it out. Unless he starts heading down a cliff he has my support (despite not liking some of his decisions and methods).

We should finidh about 12th this year and, touch wood the bottom of the 8 in 26 (trusting that we land a couple of decent forward fish). We are off the pace sure, there are better rosters further off it though. Our "style" will grow once we have a settled halves combination and add a touch of go forward.
