Not sure so many are hung up on wanting aggression. Especially in today’s game. I’ll just take a prop or back rower that can play.
The confusing thing is that in all my teams “Tiny” was the biggest, like “Rowdy” is the quiet one etc

Hoping we recruit starting quality forwards or any position is probably equivalent or less chance than hoping our current players can improve a few rungs next year

With another off season you would expect younger players to improve a notch, if they didn't well then, we would have concerns about Benji and his staff.
Wonder if the rumour that we are looking at Jack Hetherington has legs, probably take him if there's no better around.

Actually, thought he has smartened up in recent seasons at the Knights, not so undisciplined, couldn't be any worse than Seyfarth and is a bigger body.
As you say probably take him if we can't find any better, even as depth considering middle is the priority.
Interesting the Fainu brothers have chosen to play for Fiji. Latu is already capped by Tonga

Most players go there and perform as they have the best spine in the comps most years and rep players around them.. He has won nothing yet and hope Broncos continue that this week.
No loyalty and now trying to poach players from us.
IMO Bellyache will retire in 2 years and I think they will be back mid ladder once his gone.

Melbourne chased him hard last year on Nov 1 but he chose to stay loyal and re-sign. It's the second time they had tried to get Fonua back down there. His brother will probably make his debut for the Storm in the next 1-2 seasons.
He copped a heap on the forum for his performances at the back end of the year, but he was one of our best players in the opening 10 rounds before he got injured. He's still only 23 and will only get better over the next 3-5 years as he comes into his prime years for props
I saw him on a YouTube clip and he seemed to be of the opinion he's fighting for his spot here... id love for him to come on the journey with us

couldn’t of said it better mate. his loyalty was huge.
Although I still very much doubt it would create an equal comp, that is not the biggest issue.
How do you possibly create a fair point system that doesn't under-rate/over-rate players? For the players a point system over-rates, how do they then get a fair contract given they will be a points liability? Won't the players under-rated by a point system still only go to the more powerful/cashed up clubs?
These are just the more obvious questions but I could ask plenty more. I'm happy to listen to any actual points system plan out forth but I've never seen anyone put up any without countless flaws that the proposer can't suggest a work around.

How can stefano come out and publicly court and lure him to the club when he’s under contract to us? The NRL has no backbone when holding up players to their contracts nowadays
