they've got stacks of good young halves, Lincoln Fletcher and Lorenzo Talataina the pick of the bunch. Pezet's a bridge to them.

My take is the Eels as it stands have a much better spine and a much better overall team than us for the 2026 season and I’m not happy about it.

Who cares where Pezet is going or does, I was happy with the way Doueihi was playing into the role at half until he put his head in front of a runaway truck, was doing everything asked of him.
I hope he gets 1st crack next season if he works hard at it over the summer.

Doueihi or Latu Fainu at 7 will not be our problem.
Terrell May combining with with Fonua Pole or Sione Fainu as our starting props will not be our problem.
Sanuela Fainu on our left edge will not be our problem.
Taylan May at left centre will not be our problem.
