It’s such a betrayal of privacy as well . Imagine your under investigation for something you didn’t do , so you’re allowing due process to happen , only for your company to “accidentally” let the case information out for all to see.
It’s ethically and morally reprehensible. No matter your feeling on Richo. I’d seriously sue my company if it happened to me . There’s no excuse for it .

I know this guy is right. I've known him for many years and he's honest and truthful. I don't know what "nothing to see here" means in the context you've used it. There's plenty to see and it's ugly and reflects poorly on HBG, Richo and BOF. If you think I'm trying to absolve HBG you could not be more wrong. The only point I'm trying to make is there is much more to this than has been said thus far and a lot of the speculation is off target.

The NRL would be wise to steer well clear of this mess, take control of the license and administer the club until a new buyer can be found.

It’s wholly and solely about Richo and the cosy arrangement he had with BOF for pushing approvals through that needed much more scrutiny.

So to "send a message", because they took the new independence a bit further than hdb would like, rather than communicating or providing a warning, they desolved the board, tarnished the reputation of the club (putting us back 5+ years) and jeopardised key signatures of bula and luai.

Good response HDB. Can't believe richo and Barry tried to get things done.

I also fail to see the bad decisions they made.

Nobody on this forum is endorsing HBG, except by saying those who represent HBG now are very different to those who represented them a couple of years ago, or even 12months ago.
There appears to be a core rogue group that are the stem of the problem within HBG.just because of HBG’s track record that does not mean everyone else in the Wests Tigers set up is squeaky clean and does not believe HBG’s incompetence is an opportunity to capitalise on.
I have reason to believe there are issues aside from the HBG issues which some don’t want tj believe even though they do not know the answer themselves.
The good thing is everything from HBG down is now being investigated by the NRL, so anyone who has done anything wrong will be found out.
Instead of getting on your high horse, how about waiting to hear the findings from the NRL.

Richo secures $100 million for stadia in 2 years and they butcher him.

NRL are investigating all things from HBG down.
Do we wait for their outcome, or are our own opinions more accurate than what the NRL investigation will find ?

That’s ok
Unfortunately your original post was silent in relation to HBG involvement/failure, so should have been provided, not just nominating Richo and BOF.

You also went on to say “I'm not saying he's done anything illegal but”

In these circumstances I would wait for the facts (irrespective of impeccable sources)

But that’s your choice, I just tend to question impeccable sources and anonymous accusers.
