Time to try cancel my membership

Any lawyers here?

I was reluctant to take it on with the $400 spoke in cost.

Richo gone has sealed it for me

I signed up when Richo called for members... Singed my entire family up...fought off the uncles trying to get my nephew to go for the broncos.. signed up my young daughter..

Lets get a petition going for members seeking a refund.

The NRL will take notice of that.
 
I’m lost for words.

I know it’s already reported but I have it CONFIRMED that Richo is stepping down as CEO over this.

I don’t blame Richo for walking out, thank you for everything you’ve done for this club. You’ve given us a taste of success and stability during your short time giving us hope we’re capable.

I hope this is goodbye for now and not forever. If we can get HBG out under new management I’m sure he’ll be the first person called to finish the job he set out to do.

On the other side of things:

It’s become clear - this club will NEVER be successful until the HBG are out

The fact the NRL haven’t stepped in is equally as laughable, it’s clear they aren’t performance driven but more Wests driven.

I think this is the end for me, how can I give so much time/energy/money into a club run by people who continue to spit in us fans faces.

It’s all on you Benji… you’re our last hope.

You won't get a refund on your membership, what they will offer is to cancel the auto renew, so you'll still be registered as a member on their data base.
What I've done is ask them to remove my information from their data base and to send me an email confirming this.
I will of course renew my membership when HBG are no longer involved in the club, which may be never who knows.....I live in hope!

Same here because I saw some light at the end of a very long tunnel sadly that light has been snuffed out, and we may never see it again under the HBG morons.

Such a sad day for supporters and RL fans all over.

I just emailed the club and asked for a refund will see how it goes.

[This word has been automatically removed] the club. Let's all walk out on the place. Change might happen if there are no members and no one turns up to games.
 
After a big spike in crowds and membership i can see these metrics taking a huge nose dive. Can the least funded, worst performing team of the last 15 years survive a 20% drop in crowds and sales? For context i think 2025 was our fourth highest average after 2005, 2006 and 2010 so a drop is almost a certainty.

I think we will be gone within few years and someone else posted a very good point that PVL is probably happy to have us out of the way. Personally dreading having to decide whether to watch the team next year, I can see a lot of people walking away as this is pure self destruction through incompetence.

One silver lining is my new empathy for our own Gary Glitter. To me the thought of watching the team must be like him imagining one of his only fans girls wearing an orange jersey. You don't want to see it but you just can't look away.

Why would you still go? I’ll ask again when more of the football department follow Richo.
