HBG, Independent Directors Sacked

It would seem that Richo was the/a target. Interesting that the NRL left him out of the negotiation.

I hope the new CEO is a good one- I'm thinking Mielekamp is looking likely.

I would also hope that a 4th board member gets added to balance the control. Maybe the weird introduction of Benny Elias from nowhere plays into a board position?

None of this is confirmed, but pieces are falling into place and the smoke is clearing somewhat now.

Oh please ,,, save your theories trying to explain/ justify these dopes… HBG don’t have the smarts to get a root in a brothel with a $1,000 dollars hanging out of their pocket

Mate, that's what the whole review was about! That they could not steer the ship and needed to take a backseat.

If these guys were elected by HBG members, then that will be fine, but we now have the same idiotic 20 debenture holders with a firmer grip on WT then they had a few weeks ago.

Why is everyone getting fooled by this?

But as it stands they now hold control over the board after PVL stepped in.

And Richo is out.

So it kind of looks like they got their way at this point.

I'm hoping that the olive branch is extended and another independent gets added, or as Demps suggested, one of HBG steps down, to balance the board.

You rage on though if it helps.

I think you are also missing the point, PVL has publically stated there will be ramifications if there are any further problems.
That has not previously happened.

I’m sure his a good guy with good intent, but still have my doubts of possible HBG
‘Influence’ to reduce the overall loss of membership. That publicised loss of membership is a shocking look for HBG (not that it can look much worse for them)

Yes ..I’ll be raging on with thousands of others on Saturday … next week you will still be here still trying to be a cuck for these dopes..
