With the power hungry history of the HBG I 100% believe that this is nothing more than a power grab.

You've put forward theories based on your feelings. This doesn't equate to explaining a single thing that actually took place.
You continue to point the finger at Richo as being the ringleader for everything wrong with the Tigers. You claim he was intentionally sneaky and hiding things from the board.
But you still can't answer these questions after 400 pages:
1. Why wasn't Richo sacked?
2. Why were the 4 independents sacked if Richo was the one keeping everything from everyone?
3. Why weren't the 2 HBG board members sacked if they attended all board meetings and failed to communicate back to HBG?
400 pages of you and others unable to answer these direct questions
