At our home it's pork and crackling, with apple sauce of course, chicken, ham. And prawns and oysters! 😋
Today's baking, while waiting for my youngest to get here (about an hour away now!!)

That sounds amazing. Love seafood. I am looking forward to octopus salad. How do you have oysters Suze? Fresh with a bit of lemon?

I haven't been back across the Great Dividing Range to my roots since my uncle was dying and buried back in Peak Hill prior to covid, but your baking looks tempting.
