You can't blame Benji for that, the guy lost weight to the point he looked like a garden rake and was useless in the forwards, bouncing off the defence like a rubber ball and was quickly dropped, you said recently you want the bench to provide impact well he didn't offer it.
If he had a bit of pace which he lost 5 years ago, he could have been used in the backline as back up for injuries.
Never liked the signing so I guess the only thing left to say is, hit the road Jack.

I think Bula has had superstar written all over him since he debuted. I know others don't see it, but I can't not see it. When I attended the blessed spectacle that was the tigers whooping the dogs last year I thought he looked so much more athletic than anyone else on the field. Glad we're getting it done

On one hand, we have to pay overs to attract/keep stars. Why else would they come?
On the other hand, you are completely right, especially in the case of paying for potential. It could come bite us.
A 3/4 year deal makes sense to me. Bula will need to go to another level this year, not just to justify his contract, but the faith placed in him. Or it may turn out to be another classic Tigers case of waiting and hoping in vain that potential materialises.

Astonishingly Levy has same ratings at a fraction of Hadleys price.Dont rate either as a listener
Mind you .Hadleys constant whining wore me out..I switched to Laws years ago
Laundy is an astute businessman with lots of $$,but knows nothing about radio

If the contract value isn't going to bend our cap and Bula scores more tries than he lets in than we'll all be happy, FFS sign on the dotted line.

I am regional but radio is fantastic exposure for my business. Best bang for your buck for advertising.
