Yes, I trust rookies who are more talented and have been playing and training with the team the last two years over a guy who hasn't touched a ball in 3 years until recently.

He has to be one of the most frustrating players we have ever had.
At least he won't be arm grabbing, taking an eternity to get up and play the ball after he is tackled and then going off injured mid game, totally stuffing up our bench rotation.
Because it's probably the long term plan because Starford is the weak link anyway

You keep forgetting to mention - He's no experience there.
Can I ask how many rugby league games do you watch per week and for how many years have you been watching ?

Most - if not all of them - And likely, For longer than you.
You'd be hard pressed to find anyone convinced
you know your arse from your elbow.
His reserve grade coaches didn't even try him there.
Sometimes it pays to listen to the experts who commentate and have played the game for many years at the highest level.
A few of them have stated they believe he is a quality centre, has good potential to play in the halves, but could be a superstar fullback.
Let’s hope he has a quiet one against us this week, but I doubt it.

Im not sure hes a NRL 1st grader..if he was Tommy Turbo youd maye accept it...but he aint

They the same ‘experts’ who try to convince us all year after year that Jake Turbo isn’t an old slow pillow?
I haven’t heard that ?
Quite the opposite, most of them have commented that he is slowing down noticeably and not the same player he once was.
