LIVE GAME Round 4 NRL discussion *Spoilers*

Live Game Discussion
Some nice results with the Eels and Dogs both suffering defeats. Bulldogs have been hanging on by a thread and were lucky to win their last two matches. Maybe the results are beginning to reflect their true form now.

Storm are just a shadow of their former selves. Honestly, they looked completely clueless in attack many times during last night’s game. Bellamy has been quite subdued in the box of late, maybe he needs to get his angry pants back on again.

And this is why many times in here I have said I don't rate there spine like others do

Individual they are brilliant players but as a spine not as high

They are all eyes up player's which can blow teams off the park but can not slow it down play kick to the corners for 80 minutes and grind out a win they are all hot blooded players

I have said before if Sean O'Sullivan was there 7 last year they win the competition he is a very smart player

I like the storm to having 4 Benji Marshalls and no scott Prince besides him in general play

2006 Shane Perry number 7 for the Broncos a no frills player did his job kicking to the corners putting the team in good positions and then just hanging back and letting Lockyer and Co do there attacking magic

I agree and have agreed for a while.
Their all out attack can be beautiful to watch but when the opposition fights fire with fire as the Cowboys did last night, the arm wrestle becomes a gamble for them and as they are slightly older and battle weary, they often fall short in big games.

Harry can do brilliant things on the field, that try assist for the winger last night has to be right up there for the best pass ever thrown….but he is no leader and is very impulsive. Munster is very similar. Hughes has tried to step into the Cronk mould but it’s against his natural instinct as well. The young fullback is a 100% attacking weapon.
There is no leader in their team.

Last year I watched alot of them and the kicking game at times was horrendous only individual brilliance which they have alot of got them out of trouble

Melbourne are missing Xavier Coates and Katao. They were their go to's when they needed to strike off Hughes kicking game. And like all teams if they are hammered by repeated sets they will crack.

I watched the first half of penrith parra at home and the panthers were just clinical, they tore parra a new one, minimal errors high completions close to perfect

Went to the pub and was only watching the 2nd half not reallly closely....did Penrith slack off or did Parra come home stong>?

I wouldnt wanna be playing Penrith next week im sure Ivan isnt happy with their 2nd 40 mins.

Parramatta put some nice movements on tape for tries which will help Benji with his game planning this week.

Melbourne have a tough ask next week when was the last time they lost 3 in a row ?

Ivan made a comment about playing Melbourne in the press conference but I missed it
