Maddens long kicking game is really hit or miss, when he has space its good but he isnt good under pressure which he was under all night since the eels knew douhei wasnt going to be kicking.
His short kicking game was great tonight and it seems like hes good at it even under pressure tho part if that is tavana competing on every kick

I really hope luai doesn't come back early next week. Chance of reinjury is very high and not worth bringing him back if we're humming like we are. AD and Madden 2 from 2 and it creates an unnecessary forced change. If we did though, It's gotta be Luai 6 Madden 7 with AD at centre, Makasini wing and Luke Lauli'i first trip to perth. Twal is too good at lock to move right now

Our fitness got us home. Very important to win games like this not just for the points but for the belief. Need to be more clinical in attack and start better moving forward.

That was a haaaard game. Very hard, very fast. Both teams were gassed at the end. I'd like to see better organised attack in the red zone but the effort and smarts have improved tons.
