Yep, especially forwards such as Twal, KPP or May, who work so hard.Especially the forwards

Almost certain that in 2011 had a longer stretch than that, all the way up to that terrible Warriors finals matchLast time we won 4 in a row was in 2010. Lets hope we can the consistency up as that has been our big problem for so long.

There is also a sign. I lurk too much. The only non-well known member that commented.Sorry to say this, I was hoping it was Juro coming out of retirement with his great stats. I had to check the author when I saw the headline.
Still miss you Juro.
May, well it's in his game. But it's not his forte.I wasn't expecting May, KPP and Twal to all be in the top 10 for offloads.
For me the real test will be when we play the Storm in Melbourne, for years they have hammered us down there no matter how they are playing at the time. This Broncos game should be a solid acid test. Agree that we shouldnt be getting our heads too high, and the media noise is strangely all positives... frightening times because in the past...
Just gotta keep playing hard football and grinding those wins. Plenty to love about what we are all seeing and its a nice change to be wearing a Tigers cap on a run and have the old Manly diehards give you a nod and a smile 😉
It’s weird we struggle to win a few games in a row each season when other fairly nuffy teams like the Cowboys or Manly can do without a problem.Last time we won 4 in a row was in 2010. Lets hope we can the consistency up as that has been our big problem for so long.
I hear ya.It's seriously OTT the amount of positive stories in the media about the Wests Tigers, every masthead multiple stories every day.
Don't get me wrong, I love it and much prefer it this way than the HBG headlines.
I'm probably exaggerating but I can't remember this type of continuous positive coverage since our finals run in 2005 (and it's only the first 6 rounds of the season).
Part of me thinks the media are building us up waiting for the bubble to burst but I don't think it will ... I think Benji has the squad focused squarely on effort, consistency and playing for eachother and not getting ahead of ourselves with headlines.
Itll all come down to our depth with injuries. We seemed to have recruited really well in that reguard. My worry is now Luai is back in the team with Madden out whos our first receiver. Douhi has been killing it as second receiver, im worried the guys attack is going to go backward. Hope im wrong. All the good teams don't peak until later in the season, let's hope it's the same for us and there is more upside to this team.
Seriously though, which teams have had board room crap:Stats are relevant, but the real elephant in the room is that we havn't had any atrocities from players or Directors in over 100 days and Im very concerned. Now thats a Statistic........
