I'm guessing you didn't email him, but rather his assistant. And depending on the tone and topic of the email it may have been disregarded if it were improper.
I can't speak for the treatment of others but I've emailed and spoken with him a couple of times and he's polite and responsible. Gave me his number to call or message anytime, not that I'd exploit that.
He'd certainly be a very busy man at the moment too.

Stefano is the biggest myth I’ve seen in the nrl since Tony Williams . He is a big reason their middle is leaking like a sieve , and only has explosive runs when he’s running at the smallest guy on the field. How he’s still being mentioned for origin and T may and twally are considered “Smokey’s” is just bullshit . He’s absolutely shit . And he was when he played for us . Used to piss me right off all the time .

I am pretty sure we got KPP (kai Pearce-Paul) for 600k.
Which has really surprised me. He did almost nothing at the knights but seemed to be outperforming Thompson...
Moreso, look at our pack!
We don't have a Payne Haas, or Taumalolo/player carrying all the work. That was last year with Terrell May who somehow carried our team with Pole injured!
Now, we have a very balanced forward pack.
Terrell May, Api, Pole Very strong Props with a good hooker moving the ball.
Twal who has just owned Lock and is really being an energizer bunny there. I honestly did not expect that move to work.
Followed by Samulea Fainu who is a great ball runner and Kai Pearce-Paul who runs hard with a nice offload. Plus a nice bench of Sione, Hunt Seyfarth...
