I had a google, he signed a 1 year extension so he comes off contract for the new teams, so who ever he signs with will need a kitchen sink. He’d be good to get I just can’t see it being economical for us.

I wonder what dogs would want for Xerri, contracted until end of 2027.
if we can get him prior to June 30, probably best option out there.

Apparently though dogs are now looking at a Verrils swap 🙁

Herbie is the best centre in the game easily at the moment. He is as close to a million dollar centre you will get, I would love him but that's pipe dream stuff unfortnuately.
 
There are a lot of machinations behind the scenes eg Bulldogs potential players swap Xerri for Verrills (Roosters). I know WT now do these things quietly and without publicity but I sure hope we are going around looking at such possibilities before 30 June.

Not sure theres all that much we can offer Dogs unfortunately. Floated Skelton for Xerri yesterday but they seem ok for depth on the wing with Rinakama waiting. Maybe a a guy like Tony Sukkar who has been jumped by Roberts?

These swaps barely ever happen but its nice to dream

Second row depth still an issue. I would be waiting to see a bit more of Roberts first before knowing whether he has more potential than Sukkar
