I don't like seeing them being really happy in the locker room. They should be ropeable with that performance and I think QLD will win easily in game 2 if there aren't changes.

Rubbish they had momentum in that second half 🤣🤣🤣
QLD weren’t scoring points, but their defence had NSW camped in their own end for most of that first 15 minutes.
The momentum shifted with the send off. Blind Freddy could see that…in fact Freddy Fittler actually said as much.

Its at the point now officials decide matches. Its every week and every match. The game is basically orchestrated.

The ref can not actually over rule the bunker but would be more interested in what was said to Klein from the bunkers end.
They are allowed to offer their input and challenge the bunker official but if the bunker official is staunch in their decision then it would stand.

No empathy from me either. Their border does also extend south to the mid north coast and north to PNG.
 
Strange was good. Cleary came good later in the game. The team looked better with Brailey and McLean.

Super arsey win, but we'll take it 🙂

I keep saying Tim Donaghy because he literally match fixed the west finals away from the kings in 2003? I think game 7. Kept giving the lakers endless free throws and rorted the game.its now common knowledge that the nba circa 2000-2008 was match fixed and games were either outright fixed for personal gain (the refs) or results were manipulated so teams with larger supporter bases were showcasing in things like the nba finals.
the nrl reeks of this as well . Desperate to grow the game to the point they are manipulating the product and whether consciously , sub consciously or purely by accident . They are destroying the integrity of the game .
And Ashley Klein ? He’s up to his eye balls in this muck. Every game he’s involved has a LOL Klein moment. Completely egregious decisions.
I reckon you could promote 16 year olds , refereeing Gymea vs Yarrawarrah u12s and they would have a more consistent strike rate than him .
 
What is everyone whining about that’s probably the best game klien has ever reffed.
The only real contentious call being the send off. He seen it real time and much closer than anyone of us and deemed it a send off before the bunker.
Reguardless it was a minimum 10 in the bin.
