If both the young fellas can handle 1st grade together and that's a big if, Adam might find himself at centre again or where @Jolls wants him at lock.

His hogging at the moment makes you think he doesn't have any faith in the attack outside him and he has to do it all himself.

I remember version one of AD In the halves, all he had was a Hail Mary long ball. It’s just not his thing, doesn’t seem to have the instincts.

That's the weird thing.

The Eels have a board that wants to knife the coach on a regular basis. Even when they were winning.

Manly have been just as bad, Heck thinking Siebold would be the answer there. Well we know the truth, he just came to knock out Des.


Credit where credit is due, St George handled Shane Flanagan's replacement very well considering. No bad words and very civil approach to a very difficult situation.


Now that all said:
Parra and Manly have a strong football culture and a strong football department. The board interferes in this, but the board doesn't stop this. Our football culture has needed a stack of work and I assert it's our football culture, not board mismanagement (yes this is a problem) that is the big issue.

I think he would be a great 14.
Covers a lot of positions on a short time frame. Comes on fresh and try to prove a point.

We need someone with grit and he has that.

But I think a 5/8 would not help our team.
Heck we have one of League's best 5/8's here and we are not winning.


The real loss was Adam Reynolds. Wish we could have signed him.
Sadly Bennett steered him away. Also Madge should have had Reynolds on his radar when he was here and IMHO this is one of the biggest failures of McGuire.

I would look at Sandon Smith, the knights have blown their cap on Dylan Brown. I reckon we could entice him here.

Possibly, if he keeps hogging the ball most of the forum will suggest his best position is left right out😁.

Nah, give him another summer to see if an old dog can learn new tricks if not the last resort is aversion therapy to knock the hog out of him.

Who’s our seven going forward, Javon or Latu, or Jock?

I think adding another young one is overkill.
 
Our forwards have made it tough for the halves, backs and No 1
We were light on depth and it’s been tested
May, Twal, Pole & Lenui
Samuela, KPP + one good one (Blore)
Lock is interesting if we roll Twal into the props
If there’s money left I like Howarth
So three more recruits and I like our chances 🙏🏼
 
No mate halves still we address some other shortcomings. I would be talking to the Sharks about Stonestreet to good to be playing Reggie’s
