He CANNOT play for another team next week, the transfer deadline was over 3 weeks ago and even if the rules were waived so he could what club do you honestly believe would allow him to play for them ahead of players who have been at the club all season.He is not talented enough for that and he is a cancer at the moment for any club to try to rehabilitate.

CEO and Coach are both weak, rather be mates with the players.
I don't expect he will be sacked even though he should be. At worst I expect he is in cup next week but would not be surprised to see him welcomed straight back into the starting side at half by Benji and Shaun .....

Luai delayed concussion needs 6 weeks off for medical test clear out his locker and send him off no more stink around the club
And if AD doesn't turn up to play 13 he's off with to Ron Massey Cup to play in the halves or bench there

Regular halfback Adam Doueihi stood up to Marshall on Thursday, calling him out on issues at the club and standing down from Saturday’s clash against the Raiders after Marshall had moved him to lock – a stance for which Doueihi was called selfish in the meeting.

Doueihi’s agent, Isaac Moses, has now organised peace talks between Marshall and Doueihi with a view to keeping his client at the club. Moses only found out about the fallout between coach and player after the event – and while he backs his player’s opinions, he has made it clear to Doueihi that he felt he should have played.
Moses will put his own issues with Marshall to one side to find a solution. The aim is to bring the pair together so Doueihi can play in the Tigers’ next game, against Parramatta next Sunday.
The “selfish” accusation is hard to argue with, but Doueihi’s behaviour this year suggests he is anything but. For Doueihi, the positional change was a culmination of issues that had been irking him before he made his snap decision.
The most obvious is that star five-eighth Jarome Luai is leaving the club for the Eels next season, then the PNG Chiefs in 2028, and the idea of Doueihi mentoring and combining with rookie half Javon Andrews has been discussed.

Doueihi’s selection at lock didn’t lend itself to that. So no matter how you spin it, Luai’s exit is having an impact on the club.
Doueihi has busted his backside to support Marshall and create a team culture. From putting on team meals to being the one who brought the players together for coffees. He paid for his own flight to support the team at Magic Round when he was out injured. He is also currently playing through a shoulder injury.

Doueihi should have sensed something was up with his selection going into the Raiders game when Marshall showed little interest in his judiciary appearance on Tuesday night. He didn’t get a phone call from his coach after beating a careless high tackle charge.
The initial thought is that the situation is not beyond repair, but the Tigers have lost two marquee halves in Lachlan Galvin and Luai in the last 13 months.

Galvin had a dossier of complaints about Marshall – the contents of which have been hidden away. Luai was told to move on after signing with PNG to accommodate the next wave of talent.
So the Tigers are facing the loss of three top halves at a time when playmakers have never been more in demand.
It can also be revealed that Marshall’s agent, Matt Desira, not only brokered a great deal for his client, but timed it to perfection. The contract was struck when the club was in the midst of a boardroom crisis and effectively hands all power over the team to Marshall.

The coach, a 2005 premiership winner and club legend, has the final say over everything at the club, from his assistant coach down to the gear stewards. And if he is sacked or asked to accept changes to his deal, he is entitled to be paid out in full.
The latest drama could actually be the making of Marshall as a coach as it is going to bring change.
Marshall was untouchable as a player, on and off the field. His status as a generational great meant any shortcomings were glossed over. But being a champion player doesn’t automatically translate into being a great head coach and leader of men.
There is a growing feeling at the Tigers that Marshall needs outside help. One of his biggest issues is that he doesn’t have enough people challenging him. There is already discussion that one of his main men, John Morris, is heading to the Dragons. That has been denied. But Marshall will be offered assistance in the off season.
The club could do worse than consider if Shane Flanagan would join as a senior assistant. It’s something Flanagan is open to. Whether Marshall would accept it is another thing. He has the legal right to tell the club to shove it.
The view that there have been double standards at the club has also been relayed to me. Some players are allowed to get out of training with too much ease, while bad habits like vaping have been ignored.

Well...Benji hasnt achieved success anywhere in his current capacity as coach...a brace of wooden spoons and a 13th..and probably worse this year with a better roster
For him ,loyalty meant parading around in an Auckland Blues jersey in 2015 whilst still contracted to WTs
So can understand why he just doesnt get the term
Luai has completely sold Benji out..and quite legally entitled to do that btw ...but Benjis response is to sell out his best player for this disloyal turncoat who is clearly going thru the motions
Our coach's "management skills" are limited to paying his buddies ridiculous premiums for their "loyalty"..but not to the club.....but to Benji!

We are talking about success at WTs.. not the success of coaches - no coaches have achieved success here since Benji was a player. Nor is there a capacity to attract coaches after the failure of two premiership winning coaches to make difference.
Why don't you focus on that!
I repeat keep bagging individuals that have achieved success elsewhere without addressing the rot of this club - that no one can succeed at - and expect more of the same.

He doesn’t get to “walk out” as he is contracted to Tigers to play football , however he has placed himself on dangerous ground by refusing to fulfill his part of the contract, wonder if his pay was in the bank this week ?

Benji,despite demonstrating absolutely NONE of the attributes required of a successful coach when he was a player,and never having serving any apprentiship in lower grades to prove his coaching skills,was annointed as coach.
There are clearly other issues,but rite now our pretender coach is the reason for the current calamity

Star playmaker Adam Doueihi’s future at Wests Tigers appears all but over, with insiders describing the halfback’s relationship with coach Benji Marshall as unsalvageable.

This masthead has been told that Doueihi’s appetite to remain at the club has all but evaporated and that he feels he can no longer play under head coach Benji Marshall.
Doueihi and Wests Tigers are expected to hold peace talks on Monday where the club will attempt to thrash out some deep-rooted issues and retain their star player.
But the marriage between Wests Tigers and Doueihi has been described as “unfixable.”
“Adam can no longer play under Benji – there’s no coming back,” said a source in the Doueihi camp.
Only a dramatic twist at Monday’s showdownwith Marshall could alter the “unfixable” relationship breakdown.
Doueihi’s shock decision to withdraw from Saturday’s game against Canberra wasn’t taken lightly given his passion for the club and was clear proof of his unrest.
The Tigers named their team for the Raiders match at 4pm on Tuesday but Doueihi was unaware he had been named as a reserve in jumper No.22 before the judiciary hearing.
“Adam felt totally disrespected when he fought at the judiciary because he knew Wests Tigers had to win the game,” the source said.
“The next thing he knew he was jersey 22 and in the reserves. He hadn’t been told by Benji.
“Can you imagine (Sharks coach) Craig Fitzgibbon dropping Nicho Hynes to jumper number 22 and not having a chat with him first?
“Adam doesn’t dislike Benji but the relationship is unfixable. For Adam to take such a drastic step to not play in a game is proof of that. Adam just doesn’t think he can play for Benji anymore.”
This masthead broke the Doueihi drama last Thursday.
While Doueihi may want to leave, he had a binding NRL contract until the end of 2029.
The Tigers may reject any bid to leave and try to pacify their star playmaker with Monday’s meeting with Marshall and most likely team manager Pat Richards.
Close allies have encouraged Douiehi to also invite Wests Tigers CEO Shaun Mielekamp to the meeting.
Doueihi also has some private concerns about the culture at Wests Tigers.
Mielekamp was unavailable for comment on Sunday.
Marshall will on Tuesday select his side to play Parramatta this Sunday at CommBank Stadium.
What unfolds at the meeting will determine whether Marshall names Doueihi in his side.

He looks next to him at an imposter on $1.2 mill plus another mill in TPAS..thats $2,2 mill pa tax free
