I can’t help but think the classy ball playing from Javon Andrews would brilliant in combination with a genuine quality line breaking back rower such as Jacob Preston or Tallis Duncan.
If there was any chance of finding a way to get Preston and fit him in our Salary Cap for 2027, you would have to seriously consider it.
Every recruitment and retention decision is a gamble, but we can only deal with facts and the fact is quite a few of our current players have performed well below standard since round 9 or 10.

Yep, I agree. Although, I think we need to fall on our sword now and offload some of these big money contracts we hastily committed to whilst grieving the Luai loss.
