Bloke was a legend. Short arse little angry ant. Loved his tunes, loved his personality even his acting lol…
I saw him years ago at the soldiers club and when he walked out to the mic he came through the crowd with a bottle of JD balancing on his shiny head. He gave it a big swig then they erupted into The Butcher and Fast Eddie.

Damn, another one gone. Saw them at a northern pub a long time ago (maybe Milsons Point). Was a great night.

Rose Tattoo headlined quite a few times over the years at The Bridge Hotel in Rozelle. The place used to go nuts, and everyone sang along with him when they played We Can’t Be Beaten, Bound for Glory and Bad Boy for Love.
But The Butcher & Fast Eddie was always my fav. Real rock and storytelling that represented the aussie pub scene.

Huge loss , major part of my life’s music scene , Tatts and AC/DC were just out and out leaders of the time , very sad news , to young to go .

I recall he walked the Kokoda Track, which is not an easy task. There is a facebook page from Charlie Lynn OAM about it. The link is below and great respect to Anderson for taking on such a tough challenge. RIP.

Yeah, forgot about that. When I lived up there I only went as far as Owers Corner. Brave, fit people who go beyond there to walk the track.I recall he walked the Kokoda Track, which is not an easy task. There is a facebook page from Charlie Lynn OAM about it.
