The argument for fully embracing the Macarthur as home for the Wests Tigers.

I would watch us anywhere if we were winning on the grass, we are lucky to win at home.
Don’t hate our top 20 there is a chance this year (as always)

Didn’t answer the question? Do Dolphins fans like playing at the Broncos home ground?
The Dolphins situation is a little different. They dropped Redcliffe from their name to become attractive to the broader community. The decision to become just the Dolphins has worked because they did gain a lot of Brisbane based members. Just my opinion I love watching games at Commbank but I hate the fact we play Parra there.

Of course it's good enough for a grand final.

An 80000 seat stadium is not appropriate for a sub 20000 crowd. Not for any team but I don't care what Souths ( who want to leave) or the Bulldogs do.

Unless you can at least half fill a stadium regularly then you have no right to consider it an option.
I don't care if 10 people turn up , more seats for me, you think I want people sitting near me? No

Otherwise Sydney showground would be the perfect option. Super close to the field, it's in the inner west.

But we'll always be behind Parramatta becuase they have much more resources than us, so we must find ways of making more money and Combank is one way.

We really don't have a choice.

And anyway, we've beaten them a few times at Combank
What about Sydney showground stadium?
Could the wests tigers get a big WT Logo and get put up like the eels /wanders logos out the front of CommBank ? So it feels more like our territory?

I understand what you mean but I don't think it has the corporate facilities like Commbank and the viewing isn't great

But is it better then Accor? I know Sydney thunder and greater western Sydney Giants use it so the corporate facilities must be decent enough to use.

Ive watched cricket there and monster truck shows during Easter show season , and it's closure to the action then Accor and we aren't stepping on any other NRL clubs toes
Cricket is supposed to be played on an oval, Rugby League is played on a rectangular field. Playing Rugby League on an oval results in the crowd being too far from tyr field.

Oh god no, thats an abomination of a football ground.

If it’s just about getting the dollars …what’s the difference ? It’s only for one of the 4 or 5 games next year …the others will be played at Parramatta still

The deal is with Venues NSW … do they care which stadium it’s at ?

You would rather have a “home” game at Parramatta where the majority is cheering the opposition?

If we get to the game then the majority will be cheering for us.

I get that but it's not like watching a game at the scg or mcg it's honestly feels closure, plus it has short boundaries so hitting it for 6 is easier then the scg or mcg, so I'd say watching footy would be fine.
