stranger things have happened for sure but I’d say he’d be near impossible to drag out of The Burrow. think Richardson’s positioning himself for another shake the tree scenario.

think Tino's get-out clause only comes into effect from November, meaning it's from 2027. we've got the money to throw at him but he'd need to go to the Gold Coast asking permission to negotiate if he wants to move any earlier. throw in the fact that we're quite the sideways move for him and I...

let's be realistic, there's SFA on the market in positions we need to fill for the first grade side. some experienced depth players would assist for sure, but in terms of some bigger kills at prop and lock I think we'll be waiting a while.

I'd like us to take a look at Cooper Bai at the Titans as an option at 13. 192cm and 93kg, he's got both the size and skill to become a very good player. QLD U19s rep and a knack of finding the line, he's got three tries in just two games in QLD Cup already with a 97% tackle efficiency and...

fair enough mate. Shibasaki's a good'un and certainly stuck behind a few backrowers at the Cowboys. would filter in nicely on the depth chart for us and is obviously off contract.

with you there. we need that backrower centre type for sure. Garner would've been ideal but he'll get more cash and an opportunity elsewhere.

Sports Confidential due out later today as well. they might have something on that. my issue with Hassett is his size. he's a mongrel but given he's been moved to centre a few times for Penrith's Cup side has me worried.

    Signings, Suggestions & Rumours Discussion

he certainly gained a reputation quickly, but as you would know there's plenty of players that do well in Flegg and don't progress. Sheens gave him a preseason and by Round 10 he was named to start in first grade and never looked back. Kautoga's one we'll live to regret in due time. he's going...

Sheens is the one who identified his talent and gave him a preseason. if Madge was still at the club Jahream would currently be playing on the wing for Ryde-Eastwood.

you're a weapon. great to hear the boys got another last minute win v Canberra. I hear Archie will be doing at least some of the NRL preseason, if not all of it, so great to hear he's doing well. he actually believes lock is his best position, so if he continues on his current trajectory...

should've been more clear. sorry mate. I meant Ron Massey Cup.

don’t think they’d prioritise lower level trophies over key player development. Richardson’s always been more focused on bringing kids thru as opposed to titles.

it's time to pull the trigger on a few players and move them around the grades. Haywood, Tavana and Saukuru need to be playing Cup, with the Taotua twins not far behind either. if blokes like Faataape, Porter and Jack aren't a part of the future, move them down the grades.

I don’t like Moses as much as the next bloke but the great man @tigerballs is right. the players love him because he gets them what they want, irrespective of how unethical it is. it’s on the NRL to properly police him.

you would think Taylan moves to the right given he's the more experienced campaigner. Makasini's near-greatest strength is his ability to draw a defender and flick the ball out of his left hand as well.
