I agree but the problem is that the coaching staff can't make Nofo any quicker. We just have to live with his faults and play him in reserve grade if we have better options. Atm I think he makes our top team but hopefully that will change at some point.

I agree but this seems to happen to a lot of centres. I think he is probably the least of our concerns and the outside back most likely to do anything. Tupou can attack as well but I think he is more inconsistent than To'a.

My take is the way I've always felt and that is the board/CEO/Chairman have basically no bearing on how the players perform. Maybe some players use it as an excuse and Benji wants to ensure it's not an excuse.
