I think people confuse the 2 things. The licence and ownership are not the same. The licence is granted to Wests Tigers Pty Ltd. Someone can own Wests Tigers, whether that is 90/10 or 100%...that doesn't change the licence. HBG could sell Wests Tigers and the licence would persist... Similar...
